Warranty and Returns

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control checks in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 10 Day Returns guarantee for orders which did not personalized and the products which in bad quality or damage in the process of shipping. Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 10 days of receiving.

Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 10 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  1. Items outside the 10 days warranty time-frame.
  2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
  3. Virus Prevention items including : All masks, disposable protective clothing and other protective gear that comes in direct contact with skin of humans and animals. These items are not covered by the return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

  1. Please contact our customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing..
  3. Add your order number inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out)
  4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.
  5. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days.

After this, please note the refund times below: For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated. For some debit and credit card refunds to original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

Please leave your detailed address when placing your order, to ensure that your address is available for logistics. Thanks for your cooperation

If the logistics can be queried to the destination country, however because your address is not detailed, your goods be returned to us, this should be regarded as the customer responsibility, we can only offer partial refund, the refund rate is 50%. The logistics display that the item has been delivered to its place, however, the customer did not receive it. We suggest that you can contact the local post office . If still no result, we can only offer partial refund, the refund rate is 30%.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 12 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount. For orders need to be cancelled after 12 hours of your payment time and we haven't shipped , we have to deduct 25% from your payment amount as cancellation fee.

We will Not accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped. There is no need to request to cancel the order if you just want to change colors or sizes in the order, please send us an email at service@bluesportfans.com
